Consultant Donato Lanati has been working for the La Giustiniana estate since 1998. Under his stewardship, wine quality has rocketed. The domaine spans 110 hectares, including 40 hectares of vines, in the heart of the commune of Rovereto in Gavi. The vines are situated 300m above sea level.
About the cuvée
To produce this wine, the grapes are harvested by hand in late September. This is followed by gentle pressing, controlled-temperature fermentation and an élevage in inert containers to preserve the fresh fruit aromas. It reveals a yellow visual aspect with green hues. Fruit and citrus aromas embellish a balanced, fresh, well-structured palate.
