This subtle and polished Mâcon is most definitely one of the wines behind this property's reputation. More info
While Laurent Tribu didn’t come from a winemaking family himself, he married a member of the Dauvissat family who produce some of the finest Chablis in the region. He spent a decade learning the profession with René and Vincent Dauvissat before founding his own domain in 1987. This winemaker has always farmed his vines sustainably and refuses to use any herbicides. The long oak-aging is similar to those of René Dauvissat, although the maturation periods are slightly shorter. These Chablis are characterised by their depth and elegance thanks to the vinification of small, very concentrated grapes.
