Vintage description 1977 Burgundy

Contrary to the summer months, the exceptional weather in September and October was conducive to the ripening and quality of the grapes. The red wines have a very lovely colour. They are harmonious and rich with a nice bouquet. The white wines already distinguish themselves with their richness and the persistence of their aromas. 1977 is ranked amongst the good vintages.
