The exceptional climatic conditions at the end of the season ensured a completely ripe and perfectly sound harvest. The red wines have a very lovely colour. They are supple and fleshy with a nice bouquet. The white wines are rich in aromas, fine, elegant and full of promise. 1978 is amongst the very great vintages.
