  • The cuvée l'Enclos is a 100% Mourvèdre aged for 12 months in barrels. This velvety and silky-textured wine unfurls fine aromas characterised by black fruit enhanced with notes of garrigue and spices. A very quaffable wine, with a long finish. Delicious!

Xavier Braujou has been running the family-owned Terrasse d'Elise domain since 1998. Keeping quality as his constant watchword, he has chosen to reduce yields dramatically (to around 20 hl/ha) and to work with old grape varieties. In particular, he has opted for certain cuvées to work with single varieties, showcasing his Cinsault, Carignan and Mourvèdre grapes – too often considered only as grapes for blending. Although not certified, the vineyard is run according to organic and biodynamic principles.
