    The wine

The maison's flagship wine, the Vintage cuvée is matured in vats and lightly dosed to qualify it for the brut category. After 10 years of resting in the cellar, this wine develops seductive, intensely fruity notes, complexity, and – most notably – great aromatic persistence. The immediate impression is its aromatic bouquet, made up of notes of flowers, citrus and stoned fruit. Its palate ends in a long, spicy, roasted finish which firmly underlines its ageing potential and remarkable ability to be paired with fine foods.
