This cuvée is matured for 15 months in French barrique barrels (20% new wood). Its nose offers beautiful black cherry aromas, with spicy notes. The palate reveals an attractive roundedness, mellow tannins and a great balance overall. A very affordable wine which will pair perfectly with red meat dishes.

Château Siaurac serve at a temperature of 16°C. It will pair perfectly with the following dishes: Terrine de gibier, Tartare de boeuf, Épaule d'agneau rôtie au basilic.
