First created in 1930 under the name Crémant des Moines, this cuvée is standard bearer for the property. It stands out for its low dosage, three years of maturation in the cellar and its delicate bubbles. Its intense colour points the way to an abundantly fruity aromatic bouquet and flavoursome, generous palate. This very fine cuvée would be delightful with food or as an aperitif.
