    Duo de Conseillante

    The wine

Duo de Conseillante is a blend of Merlot (90%) and Cabernet Franc. The berries are harvested by hand and cold-soaked to extract as much flavour and colour as possible and conserve the freshness of the fruity notes. The wine is then matured in new French oak barriques (50%) for 18 months. This is a supple and fleshy wine. Its power gives it ageing potential of 15 or so years.
