A crisp and deep 100% Pinot Noir that intricately reveals the flavours of the terroir.
More infoA famous Burgundy appellation known for its production of world-renowned red wines, the vineyard at Chambolle-Musigny is home to Pinot Noir vines which dwell on well-drained soils at an altitude of around 250 metres. For over 20 years, these vines have been carefully cultivated according to the strict principles of organic farming. This same philosophy is also used in the cellar. Once harvested, the grapes ferment spontaneously thanks to the indigenous yeasts naturally present on the grapes. The long maceration periods are followed by bottling that uses very fine filtration.
The nose reveals an explosion of flavours, from notes of undergrowth and red fruits to subtleties of tobacco. On the palate, the fruity aromas blend perfectly with plant-forward notes, leading to an intense, long and concentrated finish. The cuvée's long and flavourful ageing potential promises to reveal a breathtaking range of aromas.

About the Producer Amiot-Servelle
The origins of Domaine Amiot-Servelle go back to 1920, when Clément Tachot began to work on some vines in Chambolle-Musigny. Later, in 1950, his daughter and his son-in-law Jean Servelle created the Servelle-Tachot domaine, which, in 1989, became the Amiot-Servelle domaine. The 7 hectares of vines are organically grown, and the domaine is currently run by Christian and Elisabeth Amiot-Servelle.
