A remarkable white wine from the IGP Ile de Beauté appellation, produced from the Bianco Gentile variety, this cuvée embodies the excellence of Corsican wines.
More infoThis white wine was cultivated using biodynamic methods on 25 hectares in Ponte-Leccia. This vineyard is rooted in schist with south/southeastern exposure at the foot of the hills. The hand-harvested grapes are destemmed and macerated for eight days at low temperatures before fermentation. Afterwards, the juice is fermented with native yeast in cement tanks, and then matured for six to eight months on fine lees, without fining and with only a slight filtration using plates.
This luscious wine flaunts notes of spice and is perfect for fine cuisine. After it has aired, it boasts delicate aromas of yellow fruit and everlasting, with just a touch of creaminess. The full-bodied palate offers notes of ripe fruit, herbs and white flowers before finishing with a bold minerality.
This white Brama is a complex and elegant wine for cellaring and pairs perfectly with a filet of sea bream with rosemary, with baby new potatoes, or asparagus glazed with mandarin oranges from Corsica.

About the Producer Clos Venturi
In 2005, the best terroirs belonging to Domaine Vico, a 77-hectare estate managed by Jean-Marc and Manu Venturi, were separated from the domain to create Clos Venturi (25 hectares today). The vines once belonged to the Vico family (purchased in 1901) and were then bought by the Acquaviva Venturi family at the end of the 1980s. The estate’s goal is to highlight the diversity and characteristics of local varieties.
Today, the vines - Vermentino for the whites and Syrah, Niellucio and Sciaccarellu for the reds and rosés - are tended to with the greatest respect to produce unique, high-quality wines. Animals working in the vineyards, organic and biodynamic certificates, manual harvests, plot-by-plot selection and fermentation started by natural yeasts are just some of the methods at the estate. Vinification and maturation method vary depending on what the winemaker chooses also helps set this estate, which is both the estate at the highest altitude in Corsica and the only one located in the centre of the Ile de Beauté IPG, apart.
