The wine
The cuvée Vieilles Vignes Coteaux du Layon wine develops aromas of citrus fruits and dried fruits. On the palate, the moelleux marries perfectly with the strong minerality and intense fruitiness (passion fruit, pineapple). The length is noticeable.
About the Producer Château des Rochettes
In 2006, Château des Rochettes was bought by Catherine Nolot, who also owns Domaine de l’Été, a neighbouring vineyard. The domaine is planted with Cabernet Franc for its red wines and Chenin for its white wines (dry and sweet).
