The wine

This deliciously full-flavoured and generous wine has a silky texture which is enhanced by a hint of spice. There is no doubt that this is a standard bearer for the new generation of pure Tempranillos. The grapes are cultivated on clay and limestone soil and the wine is fermented in oak tuns and matured in French oak casks. Decant it to a carafe one hour before drinking.

About the Producer Pago de los Capellanes

The Pago de los Capellanes bodega founded in 1996 produces wines made exclusively from Tinto Fino, an indigenous form of Tempranillo. It is divided into 35 parcels which are vinified separately and produces very structured, elegant wines, with fine fruitiness and an exquisite bouquet.
