The Malbec in this cuvée has been cultivated on red clay and limestone soils, in line with the principles of HEV certification (High Environmental Value). A traditional and meticulous approach to winemaking, and élevage for one year in oak barrels make for a red wine with abundant red and dark fruit notes. Elegant tannins add an extra touch of class.
