Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Les Perrières Domaine De Valliere (no reserve) 1993

The wine

Full of colour, the red wines have a characteristic crème de cassis and black cherry nose, with a slight leather aroma. The young wines have a fleshy mouth feel, due to its discrete acidity. They soften as they mature, becoming deliciously supple with rich persistent aromas on the palate.
