The wine
This rosé is impressively pale and comes from one of the finest domains in the gulf of Saint-Tropez. All work at the property is done with utmost respect for the terroir: ploughing by horse, no herbicides, and biodynamic viticultre are employed. When it comes to vinification, a hydraulic pressing machine (much like those used in Champagne) is used, resulting in a refined and delicate rosé.
