Minervois La Livinière Terroirs d'Altitude Borie Blanche (Domaine de la) (no reserve) 2017
The wine
The vines of this cuvée are planted on slopes at around 350m of altitude on a schist terroir. Harvests are carried out by hand and the wine is developed using the traditional method. Vinification is done separately depending on the grape variety. The maceration is gentle in order to preserve the finesse of the tannins and the depth of the fruit.
