A Kingston Rhum Fantasia from the 1970s imported to and bottled in Italy by the Brandy and Spirit House, in the Republic of San Merino. This is in all likelihood a Jamaican rum imported wholesale, as was common practice at the time.
About the Producer Kingston
Kingston is a brand of rum, probably Jamaican rum, which existed in Italy from the 1950s to the 1980s. The rum was bought wholesale, imported to Italy and bottled on site. This was a frequent occurrence at the time—other brands include Black Joe—and it is only in recent years that distilleries’ own brands have arrived on the market.
