The wine
Originating from the region of the famous Mont Ventoux, this red wine is characterised by an intense red hue from which passionately mouth-watering notes of red fruits and cocoa emerge. If this bouquet portends intense tasting, its texture is fine and elegant. We advise you to open it one hour before serving and to accompany it with a fine cut of meat.
About the Producer Fondrèche
Domaine de Fondrèche, run by Sébastien Vincenti and Nanou Barthélémy, stretches out over 38 hectares and covers the villages of Mazan, Mormoiron and Saint-Pierre de Vassiols. All of the above localities benefit from an exceptional terroir, sitting on the historic plateau of Fondrèche. The rich and varied soils here combine a mixture of pebbles, limestone, sand, clay and flint. All their vines are tended according to biodynamic principles, though the domain does not have certification. The objective of this domaine is to produce wines with a strong identity. We can safely say, mission accomplished – and then some.
