About the wine
A Disaronno Amaretto liqueur, the recipe for which was created during the Italian Renaissance (1525) in Saronno, in the province of Varese. It is produced from bitter almonds and Madagascan vanilla, and used either in cocktails, as a cooking ingredient, or served straight as a before or after-dinner drink.
