Information
Cabernet Franc, most likely from somewhere in the Spanish Pyrenees, carries the torch for fresh and fruity red wines. The medium-sized bunches and small grapes thrive perfectly in clay and limestone soils. No pesticides are used in the vineyards of this estate and every stage of the process is carried out in such a way to respect the natural cycle of the soils. In the cellar, the hand-harvested grapes are vinified using a traditional, low-intervention method to allow the Cabernet Franc to develop its own flavours. The grapes, which are completely destemmed, go through spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Finally, the wine is aged in barrels before being bottled.
The bright red colour, enhanced by shiny glints, unveils a subtle nose marked by aromas of red and black fruits with earthy notes. On the palate, the beautiful balance between subtle tannins and fine acidity leads to a deliciously long finish.
