Information
About the producer

This thirty-year-old vineyard lies on a clay-limestone soil. The property was promoted to Cru Bourgeois Supérieur status in the 2003 revision of the 1932 classification. In 2016, Patache d'Aux was bought by Antoine Moueix.

About the wine

Developing aromas of raspberry, this wine ages admirably. Traditional vinification gives Château Patache d'Aux's wines their distinctive characteristics: a deep ruby colour, and the powerful but well-integrated tannins that are typical of wines with a good capacity to age.
