Château des Garcinières, in Cogolin (Provence), was founded in 1748 and now belongs to the Valentin family. The domain is planted with Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Rolle and Ugni Blanc. Its most notable wine is a reputed rosé cuvée made from Cinsault. This domain is a safe bet in Provence.
