Grande Cuvée - 170ème édition Krug

The wine

La 170ème édition de la grande cuvée de la maison Krug est issue d’un assemblage exceptionnel de 195 vins de 12 années différentes dont le plus jeune date de 2014 et le plus ancien du millésime 1998. Le vin est un assemblage de 51% de pinot noir, 38% de chardonnay et 11% de pinot meunier.
A la dégustation nous retrouvons tout de suite les grands marqueurs de la cuvée avec une robe d’un or étincelant, une bulle vive et particulièrement élégante. Les arômes de fleurs, de frangipane, de pâte d’amande, et de pain d’épice procurent une complexité et une intensité hors norme à ce champagne.
Grand champagne de gastronomie, la cuvée est prête à être dégustée dès maintenant mais pourra également reposer dans vos caves une dizaine d’année. Cette 170ème édition sublimera vos plus beaux mets, qu’il s’agisse d’un vieux parmesan ou d’un turbot à la truffe.

When Johann-Joseph Krug founded Maison Krug in 1843, he dreamed of attaching his name to a unique champagne. He set one simple rule – never cut corners. The rigorous selection process begins with choosing the three varieties that will go into the complex blends created at Krug.
