Rully 1er Cru Les Margotés Vincent Dureuil-Janthial serve at a temperature of 12°C.
Vejade comes from the hillsides of Vaunage, not far from Nimes. It is produced from Mourvèdre and Grenache grown on soils of marl. Its aromatic bouquet is redolent with red fruits, sweets and spices. On the palate, it has great tension and well-rounded, sweet tannins.
Domaine Dureuil-Janthial is the icon of Rully. The Dureuil-Janthial family is one of the oldest of the village, where it has been present since the 13th century. Since 1994, Céline and Vincent Dureuil have been in charge. The vineyard extends over 17 hectares, mainly in the Côte Chalonnaise but also in Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits, all on 20 different appellations. It has been certified in organic farming since 2009 and uses certain biodynamic practices, including respect for the lunar calendar. The work is precise and the élevage in particular has made great progress, producing very fine wines. The entire range is reliable and excellent value.
