Sauvignon Blanc

Grown in Bordeaux and the Loire Valley, Sauvignon Blanc produces perfumed and herbaceous wines. It is also widely grown outside of France in Australia, New Zealand, Chili and the USA. In Bordeaux, it is also blended with Sémillon to produce the fine sweet wines of Sauternes and Barsac.
