Domain: Le Soula

Discover the rise of a domain with deep roots that produces wines of the utmost purity.

Taken over in 2008 by Gerald Stanley, Le Soula is a domain of a little over 22 hectares located in the Les Fenouillèdes region, which had been unearthed in 2001 by Gérard Gauby for two English wine-merchant friends. The domain has been converted to organic agriculture, and some vines are also cultivated according to biodynamic principles. The wines here are produced under the Vin de Pays des Côtes Catalanes appellation.
