Vintage description 1985 Champagne

Nearly 45% of the harvest was destroyed by terrible frosts that hit during the winter and the beginning of spring. However, the summer was very sunny and allowed this small harvest to ripen under excellent conditions. These champagnes are excellent, with a very good fruit and acidity balance.
