The wines from the appellation Bienvenue-Bâtard-Montrachet have the same characteristics as other Montrachet while being less fat and fresher. It offers a set of very distinguished noble aromas: almond paste, fern, exotic fruits, amber, white flowers. In the mouth, the acidity is rather elegant, leaving a soft and an intense impressive persistence.
