This cuvée comes from different plots located to the south and east of the appellation. Matured for sixteen months in barrels (30% new wood), this wine possesses superb complexity with an intense aromatic bouquet. On the palate, it is structured but remains elegant thanks to flavourful notes of red fruits, accompanied by hints of liquorice.
