The wine

Extremely delicate and harmonious, this wine is the domain’s flagship wine. It is characterised by its notes of white flowers, dried fruits and vegetal aromas. The mouth has a nice minerality which brings tension and energy to the wine. Will go very well with slightly saline foods.

About the Producer Domaine partagé (Gilles Berlioz)

It has now been thirty years since Gilles Berlioz changed career paths from landscaping to wine making. Passionate and modest, he is careful in the cultivation of his Chignin terroirs, going as far as to work his land with horses. Converted to organic growing in 2005, this 5-hectare domain has recently been certified biodynamic by Demeter. The wines, vinified as one cuvée per terroir, are wonderfully accomplished, pure, mineral and delicate. They aren't made in large quantities, but these cuvées perfectly represent their terroirs. Impassioned by the evolution of his work, Gilles Berlioz is always looking for new ways to improve his vines and growing techniques, always with the aim of better respecting the nature that surrounds him.
