The wine

Made by one of the finest Burgundy maisons, this Chablis premier cru is ample and sophisticated. Its pale golden colour will draw you in before revealing fresh notes of aromatic herbs, citrus and white pepper, as well as a marked mineral quality. The palate develops through a particularly salty profile and a silky texture. This wine will be wonderful served alongside goats’ cheese, poultry dishes, or fish.

Based in Beaune, it combines historic stature with remarkable vitality, continuing to attract leading figures of the wine world to shape and interpret its many terroirs.
