About the Producer Pascal Doquet

Pascal Doquet joined his parents on the family estate in 1982, where he has done a great deal for both the vines and the wines. He single-handedly managed the estate between 1995 and 2003 and started cultivating his vines with greater precision in 2001, adopting a more sustainable method of working the soil. After buying his sisters’ shares in the family business in 2004, he and his wife Laure set out on their own to create their own range of Champagnes. They strive to produce cuvées using more sustainable viticulture and vinification methods that are more respectful of the soil and the consumer. The domain holds the French Haute Valeur Environnementale certificate. Their son Noé joined them in 2017, representing the fourth generation of the family to produce exceptional Champagnes.
