After careful vinification, the wine is aged for 13 months in both 800 litre amphorae and French oak barrels of 225, 500 and 600 litres, adding complexity and a remarkable depth to the nectar.
This elixir is characterised by delicate aromas of green tea, camomile flowers and lime tree complimented by citrus fruit notes. On the palate, it presents a lot of freshness and impressive verticality with pronounced minerality and a certain salinity that reinforces its vibrant energy. This cuvée reflects both the elegance of Godello and the unique character of the terroir of Veronica Ortega’s estate. It is a wine that is balanced and refined.
