The wine
The white Auxey-Duresses has a very refined bouquet, with aromas of citrus, white flowers and a few mentholated, slightly woody notes. The palate has a very attractive acidity, volume and perfect balance.
About the Producer Jean-Philippe Fichet
The 3rd generation of a family of wine growers, Jean-Philippe Fichet vinified his first vintage at only 20 years old. He worked in the vineyards of Meursault, Monthélie, Puligny-Montrachet and Auxey-Duresses. He also buys grapes with a trading business. His wines are fresh and very aromatic.
