Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to maintain the primary fruit aromas. The wine is then aged on fine lees for several months, adding complexity and body.
In the glass, this cuvée displays a pale yellow colour with green hues. The nose is expressive, revealing aromas of citrus fruits, white fruit, and a subtle saline note. On the palate, the wine is lively and crisp, with beautiful minerality, leading to a long, refreshing finish.
