This cuvée is from one of the most renowned climats in Puligny, located not far from the vineyards of Bâtard-Montrachet and Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet. Wines from here display notes of flowers and fresh fruits on the nose and the palate is rich and creamy but also retains some minerality.
About the Producer Chavy-Chouet
Domaine Chavy Chouet, located in Meursault, is a family vineyard that extends over 13 hectares and has plots in the most beautiful villages of the Côte de Beaune: Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin, Volnay and Pommard. The domaine comes from the union of the two eponymous families, settled for generations in the region. Currently managed by Romaric Chavy (7th generation), the farm is cultivated in an environmentally friendly manner, limiting chemicals as much as possible. The very fair prices mean it is unmissable for any lover of great Burgundy wines.
