The wine
Jean-Jacques Robert has been running his family’s Domaine Robert Denogent since 1988. Their small, five-hectare vineyard stretches between Fuissé and Solutré-Pouilly. Maturations are long and gentle, producing wines which are sophisticated and full of character.
The product of a small half-hectare parcel and fifty-year-old vines, the Pouilly-Fuissé “Clos Reyssié” is a sumptuous wine; well-rounded and fat with flint stone aromas. Ideal for pairing with freshwater fish.
About the Producer Robert Denogent
Jean-Jacques Robert has managed the Robert-Denogent family domaine since 1988. It is a small vineyard of five hectares divided between Fuissé and Solutré-Pouilly. The élevage is long and done gently. The wines are classy and full of character.
