Intensity
A typically Burgundian Pinot Noir, offering a symphony of complex, fruity flavours.
More infoTo craft an authentic red wine reflecting the finest facets of the Hautes-Côtes-de-Nuits, the estate sources Pinot Noir grapes from partner winegrowers who cultivate their vines according to organic viticulture principles. The soils are ploughed by horse and the grapes are hand-picked to preserve their high quality. The winemaking process involves gravity-fed whole bunches, stringent rules and strict adherence to the lunar calendar. The wine is then matured in French oak casks, made with wood originating from the Tronçais forest, for around 16 months, before being bottled.
The ruddy-red colour is complemented by a heady nose of complex, intense red fruit aromas and subtle spicy notes. The silky, robust palate affirms the aromas of the nose, delicately leading to a delicious, persistent finish.
