The estate spans 65 hectares of vines planted on schistous soils, offering the perfect environment for producing fine wines. Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah dominate the blend, each contributing its own complexity. Manual harvesting preserves the integrity of the grapes, which are then gently pressed to extract a clear, pure juice. Vinification is conducted in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats to retain freshness and fruity aromas, and a lively acidity is achieved without any malolactic fermentation. Maturation on fine lees for several months creates a beautiful silky texture.
The nose reveals delicate aromas of red fruit like strawberry and raspberry combined with citrus notes, especially grapefruit, and a light floral touch. Fresh, light, and beautifully balanced on the palate, with a lively edge that makes it the perfect companion for warm, sunny days.
