This cuvée is composed of Chardonnay grown according to organic principles and comes from vines planted between 1900 and 1920. These vines therefore offer exceptional complexity and astonishing minerality. Here is a wine which, thanks to its élevage on lees in oak, has the range to accompany varied gastronomic dishes.
