The Château Bastor Lamontagne produces a classy fortified wine that is particularly rich and fruity. Developing exquisite notes of citrus fruits and honey, it boasts significant ageing potential.
About the Producer Château Bastor Lamontagne
Château Bastor Lamontagne is one of Sauternes' best unclassified wines. Its 58 hectares of vines in Preignac planted in Semillon (80%) complemented by Sauvignon gives a scented sauternes, that is not too rich. The price is still very reasonable.
