About the Producer Joliet Père
The Joliet family have been making wine since 1853; they cutlivate solely the monopole parcel Clos de la Perrière following sustainable methods. This 5-hectare parce lis characterised by its limestone slopes, on which Pinot Noir makes up the majority (4.5 hectares). Wine lovers suggest that this domain's wines are easily as good as its neighbouring grands crus. This is most likely thanks to very long élevages (at least 30 months).
