The wine

Made following certified organic growing methods, this rosé is a pure Pinot Noir vinified by short maceration in whole grape bunches. This is in order to preserve all the freshness and delicate nature of this noble variety. At once flavourful and vinous, it is the perfect accompaniment throughout a meal thanks to its notes of red fruits and its density.
