The wine

This wine produces aromas of red berries, violet, pepper and spicy notes.

About the Producer Marius Gentaz-Dervieux

Gentaz-Dervieux was a very famous domain in the 1980s. It no longer exists today and through inheritance its vineyards became part of Domaine René Rostaing in the early 1990s. René Rostaing’s wife was the heiress to Domaine Dervieux-Thaize and the niece of Marius Gentaz (Domaine Gentaz-Dervieux) so when these two winegrowers retired, René took over their properties. This domain owned some wonderful terroirs and some of its rare and now highly sought-after wines still remain.
