The wine

Domaine Gros Frère et Sister's Vosne-Romanée, with its beautiful cherry colour, exudes aromas of red and black berries and spicy notes (nutmeg, cloves, licorice, pepper). The palate is characterised by its richness, fleshiness and firm tannins. This wine deserves to be left to age for a few years to express its full complexity.

About the Producer Gros Frère & Soeur

From one of the oldest families of wine growers in Burgundy, Bernard Gros is today at the head of Domaine Gros Frère et Soeur, which has a total of 21 hectares and an absolutely exceptional grand cru heritage: Richebourg, Clos de Vougeot, Grands Echezeaux and Echezeaux. The 36.62 acre vineyard of Grands-échezeaux runs along Clos de Vougeot. Domaine Gros Frère & Soeur is located in Vosne Romanée. A dozen years ago, Bernard Gros replanted the vines to improve the quality. His wines are regularly hailed by critics.
