A passionate advocate for the environment, he champions low-intervention viticulture based on biodynamic principles, and his estate is certified organic. Another standout feature of the estate is the practice of complantation, with different grape varieties planted alongside one another on all the plots. As you stroll through the vineyards during ploughing, you might catch a glimpse of Sirus and Factoche, the estate’s hardworking horses.
