About the Producer Théo Dancer

Vincent Dancer, a prominent figure in Bordeaux white wines, produces exceptional cuvées that are both elegant and perfectly balanced. When it comes to Bordeaux white wines, there are two sides. One is the more traditional method, which produces concentrated, intense white wines. The other, reflecting a new wave, pushes reduction to the limit, allowing the wine to evolve and age wonderfully in the bottle. Vincent Dancer ranks among the pioneers to have achieved the perfect balance between these two schools of thought. Combining cultivation and vinification practices that respect the soil and biodiversity, the winemaker produces unique white wines that are fragrant and almost translucent. Today, Vincent’s son Théo has taken over the reins of the estate, setting up his own business alongside it, working with the region’s essential grape varieties, as well as Pinot Gris and Savagnin. There’s no doubt that the cuvées, a reflection of the energy and passion of this young 23-year-old winemaker, are going to be much talked about.
