The wine

The prestigious Fourchaume climat is located downstream from the Serein, a river that runs through the entire Chablis vineyard, imparting a unique minerality to the wines. Reputed to be one of the most enthusiastic producers of organic and biodynamic wines, the estate cultivates each parcel of Chardonnay with the utmost care, banning all chemical fertilisers and weedkillers. In the winery, the This elegant Chardonnay displays a beautiful colour with subtle greens.hues The fresh and delicate nose is characterised by toasted notes. On the palate, hints of salinity and minerality, typical of Chablis, are complemented by flavours of confit lemon culminating in a fresh and flavoursome finish. This cuvée can be enjoyed young, or appreciated after a few years of cellaring.
