The wine
This Arbois charms us with the finesse of its aromatic expression. We thus find mouth-watering and ripe fruity and balanced notes (peach, mirabelle plum) counterbalanced by invigorating salinity. The palate is velvety and blessed with wonderful creaminess, also enhanced by acidity which gives it persistence and good aging potential.
About the Producer Renaud Bruyère & Adeline Houillon
Adeline Houillon and Renaud Bruyère created their domain in 2011 with 75 hundred square metres of vines close to Arbois. The vineyard has since expanded and now spans 5 hectares. They grow local varieties such as Savagnin, Trousseau and Chardonnay following biodynamic principles and vinify them as naturally as possible. They strive to find the perfect balance between terroir, vintage and grape variety.
